Offcanvas Section

You can publish whatever you want in the Offcanvas Section. It can be any module or particle.

By default, the available module positions are offcanvas-a and offcanvas-b but you can add as many module positions as you want from the Layout Manager.

You can also add the hidden-phone module class suffix to your modules so they do not appear in the Offcanvas Section when the site is loaded on a mobile device.

MORATORIUM EXTENDED: Policy Cancellation / Nonrenewal

Woodville Mutual is continuing with a voluntary moratorium for the cancellation or nonrenewal of insurance policies that are due to the failure to pay premiums. In addition, all fees associated with late or non-payment will be waived. This moratorium will be extended through June 15, 2020.

During these uncertain times, be reassured that Woodville Mutual remains committed to providing our agents and policyholders with the highest level of customer service, and all company operations are continuing uninterrupted.

Woodville Mutual will maintain its current restricted in-person access and business hours through at least May 29th.

We have received several questions regarding policy cancellations during the COVID-19 pandemic. As a reminder, if you are a policyholder or an agent who has policyholders whose employment and income have been directly affected by this situation, please call our customer service team at 419-849-2521. We are ready to help with billing and payment issues, including the possible postponement of billing due dates and policy cancellations due to nonpayment of premium. We would also waive any associated service fees or reinstatement fees. Please note that this postponement does not waive payments due during the postponement period, but offers additional time for those directly impacted to pay their premiums.

We remain committed to our mission of providing exceptional protection and service to our agents and policyholders. We will continue to monitor the COVID 19 situation in Ohio and are hopeful to be back to normal business operations as soon as possible.
