MORATORIUM FURTHER EXTENDED: Due to the continuing state of emergency in Ohio, the moratorium for the cancellation or nonrenewal of insurance policies that are due to the failure to pay premiums has been extended.

In addition, all fees associated with late or non-payment will be waived.

This moratorium will expire upon the expiration of Governor DeWine’s current state of emergency order issued March 20, 2020, or as otherwise determined by the Ohio Department of Insurance.
